About Rob
We are Rob Gow and Chris Pfauser, Real Estate Advisors with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, serving our clients along the Lake Michigan shoreline in SW Michigan & NW Indiana.
With extensive experience working in corporate settings as professional business consultants, we approach our real estate advisory roles with a consultative bent and a process-driven posture. Rob enjoyed a career working with physicians and hospitals, while Chris worked with leading global organizations. Several years after the purchase of our first Michigan getaway home in 2002, we transitioned our successful real estate business from Chicago and the North Shore to the other side of Lake Michigan, becoming full-time residents of New Buffalo, Michigan.

Demonstrating a track record of success with over 20 years of experience marketing homes and land, our clients know us for our detailed market analysis, exceptional client service and impeccable integrity. Focused on Lake Michigan shoreline and country properties, we are experts in luxury home marketing and buyer search strategies in Michigan and Indiana.
Our customers are most often second home and full-time sellers and buyers, and we have the combined expertise to regularly exceed expectations and anticipate our client’s needs. Our team of professionals, including our fantastic Client Services Manager, Brooke Corkran, provide expert marketing, detailed transaction management and outstanding service to our valued clients.
We enjoy supporting and investing in our community, with Rob having recently served for nine years as board chair and treasurer of The Pokagon Fund, a local nonprofit foundation, Chris is currently a board member of a local land trust, Chikaming Open Lands. We consider ourselves travelers and outdoorsmen, enjoying hiking, boating and paddle sports, as well as spending time with our Labrador Retrievers.
